**As of December 17, 2021, the project has been awarded to Kelley Bros of New England, out of Hudson NH. The award amount is not yet determined. The City of Manchester, NH, through the Department of Public Works, Facilities Division, is requesting quotations/proposals via this Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested contractors for the following: The City of Manchester (via The Manchester School District) has 87 staff restrooms throughout eighteen schools in the District, which will require removing existing Schlage (mortise and cylindrical lock type) hardware and installing new privacy restroom locks of the same lock type, according to the parts specified in Exhibit C. The City will enter into a contract with the Awarding Contractor (Contractor) whose purpose will be responsible for all aspects of the project. The Contractor will conduct a thorough review of all current existing conditions. The Contractor will be responsible and must take responsibility for the entire contract performance, whether or not subcontractors are used. No bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals. The City reserves the right to extend this contract to include additional related services at other City of Manchester facilities, other School locations, and other City of Manchester departments for an additional three (3) years from contract execution. No bid nor performance bonds are required for this project. Once proposals are received and vetted, the City shall prepare a Contract for the selected firm, to reflect the scope of services of this RFP.
