Questions must be submitted via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is November 16, 2021, at 4:30pm. The City of Bentonville is accepting formal sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of several Three Phase Pad-Mount Distribution Transformers City of Bentonville's Electric Inventory. The City reserves the right to cancel this request at any time in accordance with the City's best interest. The City also reserves the right to reject any Bid received and to waive irregularities in accordance with the City's best interest. Submitters agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bentonville for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Submitter seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections. The filing of any Bids in response to this Invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of signing the Contract in amounts equal to the Total Bid Price.
