Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 31,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
There is one addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. The Colorado School of Mines requests submittals for prequalification of Mechanical Contractors for the Venture Center. The project will include construction of a new 31,000 GSF facility that includes an event space, small café and kitchen, offices, meeting spaces, and support spaces. Also included is buried utility work, site, and landscape. This is Step 1 of a two-step solicitation process where qualification packages will be reviewed, evaluated, and scored for each submitting firm. The highest-ranking firms will be included as pre-qualified, short-listed Mechanical Subcontractors. Step 2 will be invitation to short-listed Mechanical Subcontractors to bid this project.
