Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Actively seeking a Contractor capable of replacing four (4) existing Data Aire systems and performing installation of subsidiary equipment in the server room located of the McNutt building on the University campus. The successful Contractor will be capable of providing all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as follows. This work may include, but is not limited to, removing the existing systems for disposal by UNCG; installing new, comparable units on the existing pads; replacing all existing refrigerant piping; connecting to existing ductwork and electrical circuits; and coordinating with the UNCG Life Safety Dept. to disconnect and reconnect smoke/fire alarms for each system Refer All Inquiries regarding this IFB to: Anthony Kilar Telephone No. (336) 334-4463 Email: askilar@uncg.edu The contract awarded will begin on or about December 15 th, 2021.
