The demolition will also include the removal of all evergreen cedars along the north property line, the east/west fence to remain, the removal of all scrub trees, fruit bearing trees, dead trees and maintaining of any specimen trees. After the contract is awarded, the City shall meet regarding the fencelines and specimen trees.
