Renovation of a municipal facility in Oxford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,998-square-foot municipal facility.
The Town of Oxford hereby gives notice of a Request for Proposals (BID) seeking qualified contractors (Bidders) to recarpet the Town of Oxford Town Hall located at 486 Oxford Road, Oxford Connecticut 06478. Information the project is as follows: The ground floor of the Town Hall building is 16,998 square feet. The carpet must be replaced in accordance with all existing building codes and fire codes except where the Town of Oxford requires that the Building Code and Fire Code be exceeded. The Town of Oxford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals (bids) and to award the bid in the best interest of the Town of Oxford.
