A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include reconfiguration of the existing business office work stations cabinetry and replacing the existing exterior office windows with new metal clad windows matching existing. Work will include demolition of the existing office cabinetry and cutting an opening in an existing wall, removing the existing office/admin windows, and removing a portion of the existing carpet flooring. New work will include framing new low wall at reception counter, new cabinetry uppers, lowers and countertops, gwb patch and finishing, new carpet flooring, installing new metal clad windows, electrical coordination.
