SDG Projects No. 2020-107.00 The scope of the Addition and Renovation to Humphrey Coliseum includes new primary and secondary entrances, a new premium entrance and a new student entrance as well as a new concourse level sideline club and various other concourse level improvements consisting of new and renovated restrooms and concessions as well as new office space. The seating bowl improvements include providing ADA compliant viewing platforms, new premium seating for concourse club patrons, and improved sight lines from the concourse. Exterior improvements consist of updating the building image in conjunction with the new entries, addressing accessibility issues with the immediate site, and improving the pedestrian approach with updated hardscape, lighting, and landscaping. MEP improvements include chiller replacement, replacement of air handling units, a new wet pipe fire sprinkler system, replacement of aging panel boards, a new main electrical switchboard, transformer, emergency power generator, and a new fire alarm system
