Renovations/construction of the Outreach School and related sitework Submit with the Bid, a Bid security in the form of a Bid bond in the amount of not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price including GST, endorsed in the name of the Owner, along with a Consent of Surety from a recognized bonding company acceptable to the Owner, to furnish a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour & Materials Payment Bond for this work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received and also reserves the right, if it is in its interest to do so, to waive informalities in the Bid or failure to comply with all bidding requirements.
