Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project work will consist of upgrading the non-potable water efficiency and distribution system. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). **This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. ***This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 3% of the total base bid amount. Please go to Q & A section to find out more about the program. ****The Public Works Department is also requiring verification of a "Class B" or better City of Omaha General Contractor's License at the time of bid. Please go to Q & A section to find out more about the program. A. A Notice to Proceed is expected to be delivered by February 2, 2022. B. The Work will be substantially completed on or before April 1, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 17, 2023.
