The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Organization. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Markets in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (LRQ, cB-1.1). The deadline for submitting complaints is November 22, 2021. The City of Saint-Georges does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids.
