UMBA is seeking CMR Services Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) for the Weed Hall Renewal project on the UMass Lowell Campus. Scope includes selective occupied/phased renovation of new MEP/FP systems, code compliance updates and interior space renovations. Questions will be accepted until 7/20/22 @ 12:00 P.M. directed to Owner's Project Manager Melissa Martinez, Anser Advisory, at the following address, melissa.martinez@anseradvisory.com. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process. The UMass Building Authority will evaluate the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFQ and will select those firms it deems qualified. Only those firms deem qualified will be invited to submit a proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be issued in the second phase of procurement.
