The Commissioners' Court of Lavaca County, Texas Is Accepting Sealed Bids for the Following: Labor and Equipment for Road Construction Service The Bids will be presented to and awarded by Commissioners' Court on December 13, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000 in the form of a bond or cashier's check must be included with the bid. Lavaca County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Lavaca County is an Equal Employment/Opportunity Employer. Bids Must Be submitted on enclosed Bid Documents. Each bid shall be placed in a separate sealed envelope, manually signed in ink by a person having the authority to bind the vendor/bidder in a contract, and marked clearly on the outside of the envelope as stated herein. Term ending December 31, 2022. Each bidder shall use unit pricing. The method of payment shall be from current operating funds. The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any and/or all items and/or services covered in this bid request and to waive any informality in bids as may be deemed to be in the best interest of Lavaca County.
