Renovation of an educational facility in Shelbyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Work shall include roof replacement; including the removal of an existing fully adhered EPDM roofing and insulation system down to the wood roof deck then the installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roofing and insulation system and associated sheet metal work at the Main Street Elementary School. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. Bond Requirements: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to the Board of Education, Shelbyville Community Unit School District No. 4, Shelbyville, Illinois. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of the bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded.
