Portions of bidding documents may be purchased at the cost of reproduction. The Bidder's attention is specifically directed to the Instructions to Bidders, Special Provisions, Supplemental Special Provisions, and Supplemental Technical Specifications contained in the Contract Documents. By submitting a bid, contractor agrees to abide by all provisions of both the Accountability in Government Ordinance (Section 2-10-1 COA) and the Inspector General Ordinance (2-17-1 COA). All General Contractors and Subcontractors are required to be prequalified at the time of bid pursuant to the Contractor Prequalification Rule 18.27.5 NMAC Estimated total project cost: $1,700,000.00 Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work under this Contract in accordance with the Notice to Proceed from the Owner and to achieve Substantial Completion of the Project as provided in the Contract Documents within 180 consecutive calendar days after the date Contract Time begins as provided in the Contract Documents. In addition, Bidder agrees to complete or correct all punch list items attached to the Certificate of Substantial Completion within 14 consecutive calendar days following the date of Substantial Completion. Installing fiber optic communications and various Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic signal equipment such as CCTV cameras, field switches, controllers, and controller cabinets to improve traffic operations and safety. All work is in the existing City of Albuquerque or NMDOT ROW.
