This is a phased project in which the Medical Center must remain fully operational. Work includes general construction alterations, necessary removal of existing fire alarm equipment, devices, conduit, and replace with new complete operational system at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center campus in Waco, TX. Cut-off for submission of RFI Questions shall be on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2021 @ 4:00 PM, CST. All RFI questions shall submitted via email to the projects Contracting Officer at gaila.lowe@va.gov. Magnitude of construction: $1MM - $5MM *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. General Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the existing fire alarm system in its entirety, under Project 674A4-21-108 Upgrade Fire Alarm System Campus-Wide for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Waco facility, located at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, TX 76710, Doris Miller VA Medical Center. This is a phased project in which the Medical Center must remain in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work includes general construction alterations, necessary removal of existing fire alarm equipment, devices, and conduit, and replace with new system complete and operational. All associated repairs to match existing construction type and material. according to the drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
