This Indian Health Services project consists of Slurry Coating, Crack Sealing and Seal Coating, along with Asphalt Milling & Paving of Existing Parking Lots at various locations throughout the state. The locations involved are the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC), Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), Hopi Indian Medical Center (HIMC) & Whiteriver Indian Hospital (WIH). There are site visits scheduled for Parker Indian Health Center & Whiteriver Indian Hospital, see the Site Visit Information for times & days. The other locations will need to be priced of the drawings & as-builts provided. This project duration is 180 days in total. This is Prevailing Wage & has the Buy American requirement (Wage Decisions for each area are included). TERO is required for these projects, any taxes & utility costs will be covered by the Prime Contractor, but any Business Licensing fees & Hiring Requirements are the responsibility of you.
