In general, the Contract involves the competitive solicitation for the construction of the renovation and addition to Borough Hall, benefitting the Police Department of the Borough, on the Borough owned Queen Street lots. The new addition shall be attached to the existing Borough Hall building and the necessary remodeling of portions of the existing Borough Hall building shall be included with the addition. Please be advised that this project will partially be funded bya Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program ("RACP") grant from the Commonwealth's Office of the Budget and all associated compliance requirement are applicable, as referenced in the RACP Key Compliance Guidelines.
