Project No- 20-272C, 0220.0573.00 Additions & Renovations to the Dr. J.P. Cleary Elementary School. The addition includes a new one story, 3,652 sf addition consisting of two new classrooms and a stage on the existing gymnasium. Renovations include the installation of 16 reheat coils. Site work consists of a new walking track, playground, basketball court, and baseball field. Refer to the Alternates specification section for a list of deduct alternate(s) for this project. The contractor shall furnish a Performance, Payment and Completion Bond in a sum of at least one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of his Contract. Such written guarantee shall be made payable to the Buena Regional School District and shall be in the form required by Statute. Attached to the performance bond shall be a Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification which shall be complete in all respects and duly acknowledged according to law.
