To attend Pre-bid meetings or Bid openings, you must register 24 hours in advance of the anticipated visit to be allowed entrance. You must register by emailing your full name, phone number, and pre-bid meeting you are attending to: nrpurchasing@trinityra.org. When you arrive the guard may deny your admittance if you are not on the list and do not have the required valid government issued ID for entrance. The Ten Mile Creek Regional Wastewater System (TMCRWS) is owned and operated by the Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) and provides regional wastewater collection and treatment utilizing screens to collect debris such as rags, rocks and lumber that would be harmful to pumps utilized in the various treatment processes. The collected debris will be loaded into containers for landfill disposal. A grit removal process is used to remove sand, silt, and small inorganic debris.Successful bidder will supply five rental receptacles as described below for process, general and office debris. One 6-yard front load container for single stream recycling One 30 yard roll off container for plant garbage Two 30 yard roll off containers for screen waste.One 20 yard roll off container for grit Site map will is provided for location identification. The term of the bid will be for one year beginning on March 1, 2022 and ending on February 28, 2023. Any bid with "no bid" on over 5% of the items specified may be classified as "non-responsive" The Authority goal is to achieve at least 25% usage of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in the following areas: Construction, Supplies, Professional Services, Other Services and Investments. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities or deficiencies, and award the bid to best serve the interests of the Authority
