The Ten Mile Creek Regional Wastewater System (TMCRWS) is owned and operated by the Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) and provides regional wastewater collection and treatment utilizing screens to collect debris such as rags, rocks and lumber that would be harmful to pumps utilized in the various treatment processes. The collected debris will be loaded into containers for landfill disposal. A grit removal process is used to remove sand, silt, and small inorganic debris.Successful bidder will supply five rental receptacles as described below for process, general and office debris. Any bid with "no bid" on over 5% of the items specified may be classified as "non-responsive" The Authority goal is to achieve at least 25% usage of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in the following areas: Construction, Supplies, Professional Services, Other Services and Investments. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities or deficiencies, and award the bid to best serve the interests of the Authority
