For further information, please contact Gary Prososki , Procurement Specialist, at gprososki@salud.unm.edu Design Professional estimate of probable construction cost is: Base Bid (includes Alternates, Allowances, and Bid Lots): $7,000,000.00. This project consists of both new ground-up construction and interior renovation spaces. A new 1,440 GSF lobby space will accommodate patient check-in and waiting which will make it possible to renovate the existing waiting area to provide more diagnostic rooms for patient care. A 2,000 GSF building expansion (cold shell) will enable the Eye Clinic to incorporate additional services and allow expanded functional capacity to deliver increased access and throughput to address complex eye diseases and conditions that many other practices and facilities are not able to treat in New Mexico.
