Renovation of a municipal facility in John Day, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of December 20, 2022, the city council declined to move forward with the project. They are sending the money back. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of John Day (City) is seeking Proposals for professional architectural and engineering services for this Project. The consultant team will provide architectural, engineering, design, and related services necessary for the proper design of the Project, including, without limitation, the tasks and services (Collectively, the "Services") as described in the request for proposals. City anticipates that the Services will commence on or about December 14, 2021, and will be completed no later than May 1, 2022. The Consultant will work with, and report directly to, the City's city manager. Consultant(s) interested in performing the Services must submit a signed and dated Proposal to City containing the information identified in the RFP. Consultant selection will be based upon weighed criteria as set forth in this Request for Proposals and will include criteria including, but not limited to professional qualifications of the project team; experience; availability; and references. The City of John Day reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any and all Proposals in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
