Renovation of a medical facility in Ravena, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
OPWDDs Capital District DDSO is looking to obtain bids for the painting of the interior of our home located at 4 Hillcrest Dr, Ravena per the attached scopes of work. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% OPWDD will provide the contractor awarded the project with a floor plan and a color scheme for each home. The contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the project-2800 SQFT Each area painted will receive one coat of primer and two coats of finish color paint. If two coats are insufficient and the old color bleeds through, the contractor must add additional coats as required. Vendor is required to move all appliances away from walls in kitchen area to be painted. All closets will be painted white.
