A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary fro the Replace Runway 3-21 PAPIs and REILs Project at Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Airport. WHEREAS it is the intent of the Owner to make improvements at Mount Sterling-Montgomery County Airport generally described as follows; hereinafter referred to as the Project. Replace Runway 3-21 PAPIs and REILs Project No pre-bid conference for this project will be held. Each sealed proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum that is not less than five (5) percent of the aggregate amount of bid, payable to the Mount Sterling-Montgomery County Airport Board.The successful bidder will be required to execute Contract and to provide Contract Surety in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount for performance, and a bond in the amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount guaranteeing the payment of all labor, materials, etc. Rights to waive any formality in any proposed guarantee, to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to such extent as may be necessary, are reserved.
