Award amount is $5,982,118.45** PN - 21017.02, 021017.00 The work on this project includes, but is not limited to the following: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (unless otherwise noted) necessary for the construction of the following, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Removal of existing concrete foam-filled marina floats, steel piles, and gangways Removal of existing concrete abutments Repair of existing concrete foam-filled marina floats Install new fuel float with new sewage pump-out Install new aluminum fixed pier, aluminum gangway, and aluminum marina floating docks Install of new lighting, power, and water systems on floating docks Install of new concrete abutment Modification of existing guardrail Completing and complying with all permitting as required Preconstruction work must commence as soon as the possible after 3 January 2022. On-site work can start after 6 September 2023. In-water work is only allowed between 1 September 2022 and 28 February 2023. The entire project including demobilization must be completed by 30 April 2023. No weather days are allowed. A bid guaranty, payment and performance bond will be required for this project. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting. Bidders should inspect or investigate the site of Work and the attachments to this Invitation to Bid prior to attending the pre-bid meeting and prior to submitting a Bid The Port reserves the right to reject any or all offers if such action is in the best interest of the Port and waives informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
