At a minimum, the Contractor will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including, but not limited to: Repair and install irrigation systems to include remote valves, timers, and backflow prevention assemblies Pesticide applications in compliance with the Arizona Department of Agriculture's Pest Management Division in either Category 3. Ornamental and Turf or Category 4. Right-of-Way Perform arbor care per the International Society of Arboriculture's practices and guidelines Graffiti removal Coordinate traffic control based on Arizona Department of Transportation's and City of Phoenix's requirement Perform landscape maintenance per Arizona Landscape Contractors Association's Sustainable Landscape Management practice Knowledge and ability to install trees per Arizona Landscape Contractors Association's guidelines; includes staking and tying The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide Street Landscape Maintenance 2-Step Job Order Contracting Services citywide. Up to four contractors may be selected for this JOC. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 5% has been established for this project.
