Scope of Work: Security segmentation to separate corridors from classrooms, add walls to reduce open classroom concept, add impact resistant glass for security, harden main front desk, finishes Square Footage: 65,000 ft 2 The project includes interior renovation work including security segmentation, Art and Music renovations, building additions to replace classrooms that were displaced due to corridors being added and classroom displacement, through wall flashing replacement. The GC will be responsible for moving campus furniture to a designated area in order to execute the work. Once construction is completed in a particular area, the GC will be responsible for returning the furniture in its previous layout. General contractor shall provide dehumidification at on onsite location agreed upon with Owner to store boxed items or provide offsite dehumidified storage of boxed items at General Contractor's expense. Reusable storage containers can be used in addition to boxes.
