As of February 2023, this project is bid out, all trades let, and will start construction in March of 2023. Project No.: 2020-0050 Building is overall 76,258 SF. Second floor is 16,852 SF. Structure includes steel and precast panels. Exterior walls include brick and metal wall panels. Building layout includes Public/Admin, Intake/Booking, Jail Housing, Food Service/Laundry, and Receiving/Mechanical zones. Work is planned to take place starting Spring of 2023 and continuing on through 2024, see bid schedule for further details. *Interested subcontractors must be prequalified by Friday March 25th, 2022.
