The Capital Region Airport Commission (the "Commission") requests statements of interest from experienced, qualified, and interested firms (hereinafter "Interested Parties" or "Respondents") to provide Professional Services for the Design, Construction, Management and Operation of a General Aviation Facility and Fixed-based Operator for the Commission, which owns and operates the Richmond International Airport (the "Airport"), pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Information (also referred to herein as "RFI"). A complete package should not exceed 10 pages (attachments will not be counted in the page limit specified above). Statements should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straight forward, concise description of capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFI. Emphasis should be placed on completeness and clarity of content. Responses must be signed by an authorized representative of the Interested Party. The signed statement should be returned in a package, sealed and identified with the RFI number and title as shown on the front page of the Request for Information. Responses should be as thorough and detailed as possible so that the Commission may properly assess the interest of qualified and experienced entities with respect to future development, management, and operations of a GA terminal and/or FBO at the Richmond International Airport.
