Site work and new construction of a civil project in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Category Code: Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Underwater Construction/Repair/Maintenance, Water and Wastewater Facilities, Watershed Protection/Riprap This project includes an approximately 4,250 GSF Pump Station with primary occupancy classification F-2 (Low Hazard Factory Industrial), and separated H-3 hazardous occupancy at the Chemical Room. Construction type will be non-combustible Type IIB with a steel structure over concrete shore well and foundation, exterior masonry cavity walls, and a sloped metal roof. There is also a new intake and intake inlet structure in Lake Michigan, yard piping and site improvements, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The total estimated cost of this project is $46,000,000 1. Last day for questions is January 10th. Please submit any final questions to me. 2. Last day for addendum to be issued is January 15th. Please be on the lookout for addenda next week. 3. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility form (Appendix F) is required to be filed with the Sheboygan Water Utility two days prior to opening of bids (January 18th).
