Solicitation- 120.0575.01, 2011 The work includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for earthwork, excavation, backfill and sitework; site piping, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, specialized masonry cleaning and repair of an existing building, PVC roofing system and accessories, joint sealing, doors and frames, painting, surface restoration, testing, and miscellaneous associated work, including clean-up. The project also includes construction of plumbing system including a wastewater holding tank, process piping removal and replacement, HVAC, control equipment, and control programming. Extensive electrical upgrades including electrical sitework, panelboards, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, lighting, and motor replacements are required. Chemical feed equipment including storage tanks, pumps, piping, and controls are included with the project. All work and materials are to be in strict compliance with plans and specifications prepared by Snyder & Associates, Inc., which together with the proposed form of contract, have heretofore been approved by the Board of Directors, and are now on file for public examination by appointment only in the Water Works Office, and are by this reference made a part hereof as though fully set out and incorporated herein.
