Renovation of a mixed-use development in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot municipal facility; and 5,500-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete and coordinate the installation of all required work. The architect will be present in order to answer any questions. Bids will not be accepted by those who do not attend. Please note the low bidder is responsible for a fee to PennBids. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and a Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The work in this contract shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442).
