Boiler Replacement and other Work This solicitation is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove and replace the boiler at Emerson Elementary School, 1017 East Harrison Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD). Only authorized and properly issued addenda is considered the official position of the SLCSD.
A Utah State Contractors License P200. Any other licenses and/or certifications applicable to this project are required as well. Copies of licenses and certifications must be submitted with your bid.
There are no liquidated damages on this project.
By submitting a Bid, the Bidder acknowledges that he/she has examined, read and familiarized him/herself with the requirements of the bid documents and the conditions governing the work.
