Site work and paving for a civil project in Millville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Furnish and place approx. 960 Ton of Fill- Shale, furnish and install approx 250 ton of under drain, Replace/ Install 12 crosspipes of various size, furnish and install approx 166 Ton of R-4 rock, Perform FDR-Pulverization on approx 3023 SY, Furnish and place approx 350 Ton of 2A aggregate, and furnish and place approx 2,037 Ton of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA). Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 Applies to project.
