Reference number : 1543495 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-11-25 Electronic submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract (in months): 6 Value of the Bid Security (amount or percentage) 10 % Alphonse-Desjardins Pavilion: Repair work on the roofs of the AC-03-01, AI-01-01 and AP-01-01 basins and the small roofs above the curtain wall bays and masonry work for waterproofing the roofs . The project also provides for the repair of the canopy for the resumption of painting of the metalwork, the replacement of the metal boxes used to cover the roof drainage conduits and the replacement of the rubber linings for the exterior tempered glass under the canopy. Pavillon Maurice-Pollack : Repair work on the roofs of basins AB-04-04, AD-02-01, AD-02-02, AF-01-0A, AH-02-01, AH-02-02 and AH-02-03, the construction of new parapets on the roofs of the landing stage under the curtain wall band, the dismantling of the masonry coating above the existing parapets for waterproofing as well as several related works including cleaning the stones and resurfacing the sealant. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. *Award is subject to final approval.
