Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The work covered by this contract includes the repair of the masonry of the north facades and part of the west facade, including the doors and windows, of the pavilion of the Faculty of Music and of the Claude-Champagne room, located at its Montreal campus. Work schedule The Contractor undertakes to take all the necessary measures in order to respect the schedule foreseen to start the work on or around 2022-03-07 allowing the issuance of the final Acceptance Certificate no later than: 2022-12 -22 . Billing The project will be separated into a separate purchase order for each of the two projects 55541 and 55542. A payment request assigned to each project will be required. On the other hand, with regard to the acceptance of the work, there will be a single Certificate of provisional acceptance and a single Certificate of final acceptance.
