Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The purpose of this solicitation is to install access control equipment, additional and replacement video cameras, and integrate these into the existing security management system. The exact locations of the cameras will be shared with the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and all other items to satisfactorily install and integrate into the existing security system located in FTZ9's Makai office facility. 1. Twenty-one (21) additional and replacement cameras throughout the FTZ9 Pier 2 facility; 2. Gate arms and control equipment at the entrance to the FTZ9 warehouse marshalling yard; 3. Gate arms and control equipment, including a payment station, at the metered parking lot on Channel Street, and disposal of the meter posts; 4. A programable parking payment system that tracks free guests and paying visitors for multiple tenants. The payment station shall accept both payment cards and currency
