The work of environmental protection shall include all work required to complete the protection of, but not limited to; Any watercourse, its water quality and fish habitat; Existing or constructed slopes and Drainage ditches Storm sewers Installation, maintenance, and removal of any, and all, necessary mitigation measures are required including, but not limited to, the following: Light-Duty Silt Fence Barriers as per OPSD 219.110; Light-Duty Straw Bale Barriers in all ditches within the construction limits as per OPSD 219.100 Filter cloth atop all catch basin inlets during construction Any other measure necessary to protect any existing watercourse, water body and drainage system The Contractor shall provide the as-built information within three weeks of the completion of project and prior to issuance of the project holdbacks. The as-built information must be provided in AutoCAD format (.dwg). as well as a redline hard copy set of the construction drawings. As-built information shall include Road centreline Invert elevations for all sewers Service locations (sanitary, water and storm, as applicable) and elevations at property lines All changes of direction of services Watermain elevations and locations at changes of alignment (vertical or horizontal) 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labour and Material Payment Bond signed and sealed by the Bidders surety.
