Renovation of a medical facility in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,740-square-foot medical facility.

Sealed bids will be received by the Memorial Hospital of Union County Board of Trustees ("Board"), as provided in this notice for the Occupational Health Suite Renovation Project (the "Project"). Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Ron Frissora, TrinityNAC at rfrissora@trinitynac.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The project consists of renovating the existing occupational health suite located on the 1st floor of Memorial Hospital in Marysville Ohio. The project area totals 2,740 sf and consists of 1,390 sf of cosmetic upgrades and 1,350 sf of interior renovation. Cosmetic upgrades include new flooring, wall treatment, doors, ceilings lighting and air devices. The renovation scope includes adding a new exam room, nurse manager's office, toilet rooms and relocating waiting, registration, staff work room and lab areas. Work consists of minor demolition and new architectural, mechanical and electrical as required to support the new layout The last day for bidding contractors to submit questions to the architect shall be November 29th, 2021.
