Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written quotes for the project listed above. The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Office of Facilities Management, Planning & Engineering Department (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above titled Project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, Section 39F and 39K through 39P of Chapter 30, and sections 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive, of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract entitled: Installation of Water Bottle Refill Stations - Package 2B, Various Schools Scope of Work includes but if not limited to: Demolition of existing drinking fountains or sinks for replacement with water bottle refill stations and the installation of water bottle refill stations at new locations without existing drinking water infrastructure. A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of the contract sum
