Hartford Generator Installation Project Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Base Bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Licking County Commissioners, or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Licking County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Portions of the work shall be governed by the supplemental specifications in the contract documents. Work to be provided under the contract shall include the furnishing of all labor and materials for the Hartford Generator Installation Project. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All work under the contract must be substantially complete by March, 2022 with final completion by April, 2022. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Licking County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
