For the construction of six (6) speed tables for 2600 & 2700 block of Yorktown Avenue, six (6) Speed Tables (2800 blk of Phillips Drive), six additional (6) Speed Tables (Lippitt between S. Slappey and Newton Road), Albany, Georgia in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. The scope of work is within this document. The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The addresses listed in this bidding document represent three (3) individual projects. The City has selected a contractor for the construction of four (4) concrete speed tables in the 800 block of Lippitt Drive. Contractor must be prepared coordinate work with the installation of the six (6) additional speed tables. The six (6) additional speed tables will be installed between S. Slappey Boulevard and Newton Road. The pavement width for Lippitt Drive is approximately thirty-six (36) feet. Associated work includes clearing & demolition, grading, erosion control, utility adjustments, and other miscellaneous work. 3.
