Monroe County Community College ("MCCC" or "the College") is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to design, manufacture and install campus wayfinding signage. Option 1 : Up to 6 custom double-sided, ornamental, flag-mounted campus wayfinding signs approximately 11 feet, 9 inches in height. The signs would have at least 2-inch-deep sign panel faces and reflective digital print graphics. The signs would feature top arch accents, dimensional mast arms and tapered bases and would be installed as direct burial poles in concrete footings. The sign panel face for top logo/college name would be maximum 19 inches by 34 inches, but a smaller size could be considered to increase the number of directional sign panels. There would be 3-4 directional sign panels that measure approximately 34 inches by 8.25 inches. These panels should be able to be changed out as needed in the future. Signs would be installed as direct burial poles in concrete footings. Poles should be sized appropriately to accommodate the signs. o Option 2: Up to 12 single-sided, custom, fabricated aluminum directional signs with painted background and poles and applied vinyl, reflective graphics. These signs would be approximately 6 feet high and 3 feet, 10.25 inches wide (including poles). The background area for the vinyl graphics would be approximately 4 feet, 3 inches high by 3 feet, 2.25 inches wide. It would be 2 inches thick. Signs would be installed in direct burial concrete footings. Poles should be sized appropriately to accommodate the signs. o Option 3: A mixture of a yet-to-be determined number of signs described in Option 1 and Option 2. In addition to pricing for the identified quantities, please provide individual sign pricing so that signs may be purchased on an as-needed basis.
