A partial replacement of the HVAC system in the existing buildings. The new system will be an extension of the system installed in Phases 1 & 2, which will include ductwork, piping and equipment in the C building and the A Building, including the gym, auditorium, and adjacent spaces. The new hydronic system will tie into the existing pipes in corridors at specific locations as shown on the mechanical plans Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or Bid Guarantee Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to Hamilton County Department of Education (Owner), and subject to conditions provided in the instructions for bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals/bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder.
