CR Number: 2080956 Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacements on the behavioral health units at Downtown and Community Campus. At the downtown 4B location we will replace the patient room and patient toilet room doors and hardware to reduce ligature risks. At both the Downtown 4B and Community 5W location we will be replacing all toilets with OMH approved fixtures. This work will also include patching and finishing in these areas per the documents. This work will take place on occupied behavioral health units. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk-throughs will be provided.
