Only tenders prepared on the forms for this purpose will be considered. The forms, as well as the technical specifications, can be obtained by visiting the website or by telephone at 1 866 669-7326, starting at 4 p.m. on March 6, 2023 . The Municipality of Chelsea does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders. The quotation will be valid for a period of eighty (180) days.
