ND HWY 23 The scope of the work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of the following: 6,750 square feet solid waste transfer station, 264 square feet addition, site grading, concrete driving/ parking areas, water facilities for the new building, drainage improvements including storm pipes, inert pit, and all other incidentals required to complete the Work as specified. The contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. Funding for the work is provided by the IHS, and payments on the work will be processed by the Owner and the Federal Agency providing the funding. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing the following to perform the work outlined in these specifications and as indicated by Project Drawings: 1. tools 2. equipment 3. materials 4. labor 5. supplies 6. manufactured articles 7. all transportation to complete the work 8. temporary facilities B.
