Site work and paving for a civil project in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of storm sewer pipes, catch basins, storm manholes, pavement replacement, grading, seeding and mulching, erosion and sediment control, maintaining traffic and incidentals. Storm & Sanitary sewer cleaning, videotaping, CIPP Lining, connection reinstatement and lateral grouting. In lieu of this experience requirement, the manufacturer will be required to provide performance bond(s) for the faithful performance of the equipment and guarantee payment in a sum of not less than one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the total equipment price for the completed work for that item. OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $2,245,000.00 COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all materials removed during construction, and the Contractor shall haul away and dispose of these materials in a suitable manner at no additional cost to the Owner.
