All questions pertaining to the project must be received by 3:00 p.m. on December 3, 2021 Project Number: G20550, 190541 The project consists of a New Vehicle Facility and a Vehicle Wash Addition and miscellaneous Renovations to parts of the existing Road and Bridge office and Vehicle Maintenance Building. 1. New Vehicle Storage Facility (Stage 1) - Is a one-story building consisting of Vehicle Storage and Miscellaneous Non-Hazardous Materials Storage. It will be constructed from pre-engineered steel exterior walls, a pre-engineered steel frame, and a metal panel exterior wall, Interior liner panel and roof. 2. Existing Facility Renovations (Stage 2) - The existing facility is a one-story building with three existing mezzanines. The existing building is constructed from pre-engineered steel exterior walls, a pre-engineered steel frame, concrete masonry and metal stud interior walls, and a hybrid metal panel / membrane roof finish. Miscellaneous interior renovations to the existing building and site are as described in the drawings and specifications. 3. New Building Addition (Stage 3) (Deductive Alternate #6)- Is a one-story building addition consisting entirely of a Vehicle Wash station. The proposed Addition is constructed from pre-engineered steel exterior walls with metal panel exterior finish and steel roof structure with interior PVC liner panels. The bid responses received will be read aloud and acknowledged in a Boone County Commission meeting on December 9, 2021 shortly after 1:30 p.m. central time in the Boone County Government Center, Room 301, 801 E.
